Beach Full Moon Meditation - July Buck Moon

For the summer months we meet at Monument Beach if the weather permits! It will be moved to zoom if we can't meet outside. Bring a yoga mat/towel, bug spray and a light sweatshirt. Open to all levels!

Each month the full moon brings along high energy. Join us for an hour of meditation to balance those natural high energies of the Lunar cycle while enhancing your meditation practice. The class practices with mantra meditation, vipassana, guided imagery and breathwork meditations. Angel cards compliment the evening. Come learn what type of meditation best resonates with you!
