At holistic soul studio we offer a variety of regularly scheduled Meditation classes. Some of our most popular meditation classes are the Full Moon Meditations, Summer Beach Meditations and now our Virtual Meditations since we cannot be together physically in the studio space. Pam loves to offer enlightening and reflective guided meditations during her classes.
