About The Event
Each month the full moon brings along high energy. Join us for an hour of meditation to balance those natural high energies of the Lunar cycle while enhancing your meditation practice. The class practices with mantra meditation, vipassana, guided imagery and breathwork meditations. Angel cards compliment the evening. Come learn what type of meditation best resonates with you!
Meditations are non-refundable. Please give 24 hours notice if you need to miss an event so that credit can be applied to a future meditation event.
